Experience Newtopia Now as a Hosted Buyer!

By joining the Hosted Buyer Program, you gain exclusive access to an in-person experience that puts you at the forefront of industry innovation and partnership opportunities. Our Hosted Buyer Program is designed to offer retailers a streamlined and efficient way to explore a wide variety of cutting-edge brands while enjoying VIP perks. 

  • Hotel – Complimentary (up to a four-night) hotel stay in Denver, CO (booked directly by New Hope Network).
  • Travel- Up to $550 for round-trip air travel to/from Denver. You'll receive a link from Navan to book your travel directly through our booking tool. All other methods of alternative travel will receive a $100 virtual gift card post show. 
  • Access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge, where you can recharge, network, and catch up on business in a relaxed environment.
  • A thoughtfully curated swag bag, filled with goodies to enhance your Newtopia Now experience. 

To make the most of your time as a Hosted Buyer, we ask for the following commitments:

  • Participate in at least 5 Verticalxchange meetings in the 1:1 Meetings Lounge. (shared meetings must adhere to the following guidelines, a minimum of 8 meetings must take place in the 1:1 Meeting Lounge.  Each appointment can involve no more than two individuals sharing the meeting.) 
  • Log into Beacon Discovery before Newtopia Now to favorite at least 15 products.

By applying to the Hosted Buyer Program and your application being approved, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill all participation requirements in order to attend Newtopia Now 2026 as a Hosted Buyer. 

Important Notes:

  • Please note that submitting an application for the Hosted Buyer Program does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details  
  • We will only be accepting 3 retailers/buyers max per company to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program  
  • Once the program is full or applications received after July17th will be placed on a waiting list and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once on the waiting list, travel will no longer be included, badge and hotel accommodations only.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Hosted Buyers registering for New Hope Network’s (NHN) Newtopia Now. Your participation is contingent upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:  

You understand and acknowledge that you are not being charged a registration fee for this event and that a significant investment has been made by NHN, the host hotel, and other sponsors to host your participation.   

The company of each Hosted Buyer will receive a link from Navan to book your travel directly through our booking tool, up to $550.00 for roundtrip airfare travel to and from Denver.  A $100 virtual gift card will be available post show, in lieu of airfare for travelers arriving by alternative transportation. All other travel fees and expenses are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.  

If your travel plans change prior to check-in or onsite, please let New Hope Network know immediately so we can hold your hotel room.   

If you would like to provide a roommate’s name to be added to the room reservation in advance, please let NHN know as soon as possible and prior to check-in.   

NHN is not responsible for any hotel reservation made under names other than what appears on the approved Hosted Buyer’s driver’s license or photo ID.   

Hosted Buyer invitations are non-transferrable and only qualified participants may attend. NHN may deny eligibility for any reason, should we determine that you fraudulently represented or misrepresented yourself, and/or the business (es) that you represent.

Hosted Buyer participation in Newtopia Now will include their contact details being made available to registered exhibitors. Persons under the age of 18 and pets (except registered assistance dogs) are not permitted.  

By participating in Newtopia Now, you grant NHN and its affiliates all rights necessary to use your name, likeness, voice, statements and biography, whether in print, electronic, or other media for educational or promotional purposes and you expressly waive any right of inspection or approval.  

You understand and acknowledge that your travel to, attendance at, and participation in Newtopia Now are voluntary and you expressly assume all risks of personal injury, death or other damages which may result from or arise out of such travel and/or attendance. You hereby expressly waive, release and discharge NHN and its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of your travel to, attendance at, or participation in Newtopia Now.  

By applying for the program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

Once you complete your application to be a Hosted Buyer at Newtopia Now, it will be marked as pending while our team reviews your submission. You’ll be notified via email once a decision has been made. If accepted, you'll receive a confirmation and be contacted by a New Hope Network representative in the upcoming months to begin booking your travel and hotel accommodations. 

The Hosted Buyer Program is designed for qualified influential buyers and visionary retailer buyers who are actively sourcing emerging brands and products. We welcome decision-makers and those who have influence from a variety of retail channels who are looking to discover new brands, expand product assortments, and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Returning Buyers

If you have previously attended Newtopia Now as a Hosted Buyer, you are welcome to apply again for the 2026 program. Please note that participation is limited to a maximum of three (3) individuals per retail company to ensure broad representation across the industry. While we value our returning buyers and the ongoing relationships we’ve built, we also strongly encourage new retailers to Newtopia Now and those new to the Hosted Buyer Program to apply. Our goal is to create meaningful connections between emerging brands and a diverse mix of retailers and health & wellness professionals.
