- r.cup reusable cups will be featured and used throughout the event at various locations and happenings.
- Clearly labeled 3-bin front of house systems (recycle, compost, landfill) are placed throughout the Colorado Convention Center and sorted on site to remove contamination.
- All meals are served on reusable service ware.
- Bottle filling stations are throughout the venue to allow for easy water bottle refill in reusable water bottles. Reminder to pack those bottles with you.
- Lanyards will be collected and then recycled through TerraCycle.
- We avoid printing, but anything that is printed is printed on recycled paper.
- The Show Directory Map is printed on FSC certified paper, which ensures products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.
- Show Mobile App will provide all attendees with all pertinent show information.

- Reduce your carbon footprint and travel by train: Getting from Denver International Airport (DEN) to downtown Denver couldn't be easier thanks to the airport rail line. At a cost of $10 each way, travelers can use the A Line to get from Denver International airport to Union Station in downtown Denver and vice versa, courtesy of Regional Transportation District (RTD). The 23-mile ride takes approximately 37 minutes. More information can be found through Visit Denver.

Newtopia Now is partnering with local organization, We Don’t Waste to collect leftover product from the event to be disbursed throughout the community. We Don’t Waste works to reduce hunger and food waste in the Denver area by recovering quality, unused food from the food industry and delivering it to nonprofit partners, such as food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, schools, and daycare programs.

Childcare is available on-site through our partner, KiddieCorp. KiddieCorp has been providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events for over 25 years. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services.
