Reservation Deposit and Guarantee Policy

Deposit is 1 nights room and tax. Guarantee policy is by credit card.

Your credit card is used only as a guarantee at the time of booking the reservation with onPeak. A one night room and tax deposit is required by credit card or company check. The deposit will be charged by the hotel(s) directly approximately 30 days prior to the event.

Reservations may be cancelled with no fees up to one week 3 days prior to arrival. Guest will be charged a two-night room and tax fee for reservations cancelled within one week 3 days prior to arrival.

Note: Individual hotel policies may vary slightly. For specific hotel policies review your reservation confirmation email.

Avis Worldwide Discount or AWD number is J760743.

When calling Avis at 1 (800) 331-1600 to make reservations, attendees should provide our reservations agents with this AWD number to ensure they receive the best available car rental rates.

The AWD will be effective from seven days prior to the event until seven days after the event.
